Please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery. We endeavour to ship ready made items within 3 working days but their may be exceptions to this for example at busy times of the year.
Personalised and custom products will be dispatched upon completion.
All parcels are shipped using a tracked service by one of Rusty Roosters preferred Courier providers. The courier used is dependant upon location of the recipient and the weight and size of the parcel.
For UK sales, the courier is typically Royal Mail (who aim to deliver within two to three working days), larger items are sent with a different courier depending on location, size and weight.
Please note, Rusty Rooster is not responsible for any postal delays out of our control, industrial or weather delays or custom delays and please consider any busier times of the year such as Christmas.
Any postal issues, customs/import taxes or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Items not arrived
Parcels despatched within the UK should arrive within 7 working days. Please contact us if your item has not arrived within this time, so that we may review the tracking data.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns for customised or bespoke items unless they arrived damaged, in which case see below.
Faulty / Damaged Items
If your order should arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the item/s.
We will then review and if we agree the item is damaged, we will either refund or send a replacement free of charge.
If we need you to return the item to us we will cover the cost of doing so however we ask you to send the faulty item back to us in the original packaging using the returns label provided.
All Other Returns
For all other items we offer a 14 day from the date you receive your order for a Refund.
Please be sure to return your items in the same condition as you received them as we’re unable to refund or exchange items that are returned to us in an unsaleable condition.
Returns can take 7-10 working days to process.
Please include the original packing slip with your return.
Return your item using your preferred way of posting to our warehouse at the address below. Please note that until we receive the item, we hold no responsibility for the item/s. As we are a small business we cannot offer free returns unless the item was faulty or received in error.
